  1. The price of the course, courts, balls, teaching aids and coach.<\/li>
  2. All registrants are required to pay the full price of the chosen package. Registrations without a deposit will not be validated (30% for Annual and Winter 50 registrations, % minimum for courses). No refunds will be given, only vouchers for the family!<\/li>
  3. No refunds if we are not notified by email 1 week before the start of the course.<\/li>
  4. For courses 20 % will be retained in the event of cancellation.<\/li>
  5. We can change or cancel a course if organisational or other needs dictate.<\/li>
  6. The federation card covers accidents. It is free for under-16s, and can be ordered from the RTCL club for children over 16.<\/li>
  7. The club's internal regulations apply.<\/li>
  8. A discount of 5% can be granted if you sign up by certain deadlines announced on our website or facebook page Lambermont tennis academy or by mail.<\/li>
  9. A discount of 5% is also granted to course participants if they have taken part in a winter, spring or winter \"cycle\".<\/li>
  10. Signing this document implies acceptance of these rules.<\/li>
  11. Withdrawals will only be taken into account if an email is sent with a medical certificate. The cost of the course remains payable to the school.<\/li>
  12. Priority will be given to pupils registered with the RTCL, all others will have to pay an additional \u20ac25 (except under 6s).<\/li>
  13. No discount on private lessons and lessons for two! If the course is not paid for in one go, no discount is possible.<\/li>
  14. It is possible to pay for courses in instalments, with the prior agreement of the LTA management, but no discount will be granted (full payment must be made).<\/li>
  15. If possible, we will try to make up for any break in lessons. (There is no obligation to do this, and it is up to you to read our emails and information on this subject).<\/li>
  16. We are not responsible for any problems with the club's pitches, bubbles or other infrastructure.<\/li>

  17. - We are not responsible for pandemics, disasters or problems with the RTCL's infrastructure, and no refunds are possible for these reasons.<\/p><\/li>

  18. We reserve the right to cancel or move a course, training course or activity for reasons beyond the control of LTA ASBL.<\/p><\/li>

  19. If we are unable to meet your request, we will offer you an alternative solution or refund your money.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>
